Wellness is Our Favorite Color

“Color has an incredible power to evoke a feeling of wellness and transformation,” says Anderson. “Singularly it can uplift, soothe, excite and inspire. When married with other elements and experiences, it harmoniously connects to a holistic and meaningful mind/body experience.”

For the signature hue of Well-Designed, Anderson chose Love & Happiness 1191, a nurturing Benjamin Moore paint color with an uplifting pink undertone that works in any space as a warm neutral.

“I don’t see pink as an accent color. It should be swathed on the walls of any primary living space or a bedroom to evoke softness and serenity,” Caleb shared.
“The color feels like an embrace.”

Nature is healing to humans. Green, which instantly refreshes, is symbolic of environmental health. Biophilia, symbiotic or circular design, use of sustainable materials – all of these practices create mindfulness for the planet through design and each is conducive to wellness.
